cheesemongers, Paxton & Whitfield
(founded in 1797), to bring you a
fascinating exploration of classic cheese
and wine pairings – not always as easy as
you might think. Helped by the expertise
of Paxton & Whitfield, we pair wines
with their artisan cheeses.

30-minute fine wine Masterclass, Will shares
three wines, illustrating how the fine wine
world has moved beyond the vineyards of
Europe’s classic regions.
