JEREMY’S THINKING JUICE
Would you look at that beauty ... and the Hawkstone
beer is lovely too – enjoy the full, glorious range here
Clarkson’s Farm is must-watch TV. And Jeremy’s Hawkstone
beers – brewed with British-farmed barley, belligerence and
expertise – have a cult following among fans of great-tasting
lagers and ales. Leading the pack is Hawkstone Lager,
the smooth, golden brew you see Jeremy proudly holding aloft
here. The Pils is just as full-flavoured and a very laid-back 3.8%.
IPA is all the rage and super-hoppy Hawkstone really gets
your taste buds standing to attention. Finally, there’s
the Session Lager – hard to make but very easy to drink.
This mixed case flies off the shelves, so don’t hang about.

The original and highly in-demand lager
from Jeremy Clarkson’s Farm. Patiently
made (it takes six weeks from start to
finish), every sip brings citrus-touched,
rich, malty smoothness and pure
refreshment. “After you drink this every
lager pales into insignificance,” says one
of many delighted customers.
Boy, is this aromatic and full of flavour
– no wonder this is dubbed ‘the hoppy
one’. With bursts of tropical fruit, citrus
notes and malty richness, it’s beautifully
balanced with a fresh bitter finish. This
is such a treat for the senses, your taste
buds will thank you. Stock up and find
your hoppy place this spring.

Lager lover Jeremy calls this Pils ‘the
discerning one’. It weighs in at a very
easy-going 3.8% alcohol, but packs
one hell of a punch when it comes to
refreshing hoppy flavour. Very fruity
and floral with up-front grapefruit notes
followed by a light, bittersweet finish.
Perfect for sipping in the sunshine.
The ultimate test of top-notch lager?
After that first glorious, golden sip, do
you want another? The answer is such a
resounding ‘yes’ with Hawkstone Session
that it’s nicknamed ‘the one of many’. It’s
light on the palate, subtly hopped, with
a biscuity malt finish. Stock up – this is
incredibly moreish!
