acceptance and the contract between us is formed on despatch of products. If a wine becomes unavailable, a substitute of similar style and of equal or greater value will be supplied. You may cancel a phone or online order up
to and including 14 days after the day on which you receive your goods by phone, email or completing the online cancellation form (at sundaytimeswineclub.co.uk/cancellationform). We will collect (free of charge) the goods and
reimburse the appropriate sum paid including delivery costs (up to our least expensive delivery charge) within 14 days after the day on which we receive the goods back. If you handle the goods whilst in your possession in a way

a single order (excluding introductory o昀昀ers or wine subscriptions) and runs until the earlier of (a) 23:59 on Thursday 24th April 2025 or (b) while promotional stocks last; no alternatives will be o昀昀ered. All discount o昀昀ers run until the
earlier of (a) 23:59 on Thursday 24th April 2025 or (b) while promotional stocks last. Free Camino de Seda magnum (p.3), free Hacienda de Lluna Rosado bottle (p.11) and free Pillastro Primitivo magnum (p.14) o昀昀ers limited to one
each per customer with 12-bottle orders of Camino de Seda 2023 (p.3), Hacienda de Lluna Family Mix (p11), Italian Black Reds Mix (p.14); strictly the 昀椀rst 450/300/900 orders respectively and no alternatives will be o昀昀ered. Selected
wines/cases limited to one per customer. O昀昀ers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. No alternatives can be o昀昀ered. If you reserve a product for delivery at a later date, and the cost is payable over
two instalments, both instalments must be paid using the same debit or credit card. We cannot accept gift vouchers, discount vouchers or other payment methods for any products you reserve. When you pay the 昀椀rst instalment,
we shall retain your card details for the second instalment payment due when the products are ready for delivery. Our standard delivery charge of £7.99 will also be applied at the time the 昀椀rst instalment is paid unless you are
a Wine Fund or Unlimited member, use a free delivery voucher or qualify for free delivery by purchasing 24 or more bottles in your order. You are eligible for free delivery when your purchase includes any 24 (or more) bottles,
magnums or half bottles in a single order and is for our standard delivery service only to a single UK address only. Please note: (i) free bottles count toward the 24 bottles; however (ii) sundries (e.g. tea, bottle openers, glasses or
other merchandise), bottle gift sets including sundries and do/does not count towards the 24 bottles, but will be delivered free if the order includes 24 (or more) bottles. Free delivery does not apply to En Primeur orders. Regardless
of the number of bottles ordered, if you request named day or timed delivery services, you will be charged the rate displayed at sundaytimeswineclub.co.uk/delivery where you will also 昀椀nd all delivery information. Delivery to
